Chongqing Chuanguang Machinery Factory was established as a school-run factory affiliated with Sichuan International Studies University.

Chongqing Xinpeng Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in Geleshan, and in the same year it established a cooperative relationship with Chongqing Cummins Engine Co., Ltd.

The first large aluminium-alloy gravity casting product rolled off the line, launching Xinpeng's aluminium-alloy casting business.

● Passed ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification (now IATF16949); entered Qingling Motors' supporting system.
● The company's senior management team was gradually completed and its management strength was strengthened.

● Passed OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification (now ISO45001).
● Established a cooperative relationship with Qingling Motors, and developed shift levers, shifting fork blocks and body brackets for the commercial vehicle transmission series.

● Established a cooperative relationship with Chongqing Jiangjin ABB Turbocharger Co., Ltd., developed marine turbocharger muffler assemblies and achieved volume delivery in the same year; entered ABB's supporting system.
● From 2009 to 2011, the company was rated an outstanding supplier by its customers for three consecutive years.

Construction of the new Hechuan plant site started, planning a larger production area and annual production capacity.

● Established a long-term cooperative relationship with a professional coaching institution and introduced coaching-based management training.
● Established a cooperative relationship with Isuzu Qingling Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (IQAC); entered the Isuzu and GCIC supporting systems.

● Established a cooperative relationship with Guangxi Cummins Industrial Power Co., Ltd. (GCIC) and developed aluminium-alloy gravity casting products.
● Chongqing YU KEE HAAMSING Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established and officially put into production in the Hechuan Light Textile Industrial Park.

● Entered the supporting system of Xi'an Cummins Engine Co., Ltd.

● Entered Isuzu's global procurement supporting system.

● Passed the Chongqing Cummins GQS audit (ABO quality standard).

● Entered Weichai's procurement system; entered the Chuanyi Group supporting system.

● Entered the Cummins ABO supporting system.
