- Management System Certification
- The company has passed the IATF16949 Quality Management System certification, the ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification and the ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification. Management processes and work instructions are recorded in the system documents, and employees receive training on these documents when joining, to unify working standards.
- Sustainable Development
- Over years of operation, the company has gradually defined the principles of taking root in the region, driving regional development, law compliance and harmonious development. Decisions focus on long-term development, and while developing itself the company creates local employment opportunities and promotes regional development through healthy operation.
- Waste Management
- The company manages waste according to the principle of separating industrial waste from domestic waste: wastewater is treated before discharge; cutting fluid is recycled and reused; iron and aluminium chips are collected centrally and handed over to a third-party organization for treatment.
- Low-carbon Green Operation
- The company focuses on low-carbon operation, using clean gas and on-demand feeding in the smelting process; natural ventilation, lighting and other factors are taken into account in plant design and planning to reduce energy consumption.
- Labour Rights and Taxation
- The company employs people in accordance with the law, protects the legitimate rights and interests of employees, pays all taxes and fees in accordance with the law, and operates in compliance.
- Public Welfare
- Since 2014, the company has participated in public welfare projects, sponsoring related public welfare courses and focusing on life education, hoping that more people will face life positively.
